TeamUP Project holds Second Plenary Meeting and Workshop
From November 27th to 29th, the TeamUP consortium held its second plenary meeting and co-creation workshop at the École Nationale Supérieure de la Police (ENSP) in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d’Or, a suburb of Lyon. The event gathered representatives of all 23 consortium members to review the project’s progress.
The meeting commenced with a comprehensive project status update, including presentations on work packages focused on communication, technology evaluation, and the integration, testing, and field validation of the project’s tools.
On the second day, Fraunhofer facilitated the second Co-creation Workshop, during which partners presented 21 technologies integral to the TeamUP project. These technologies address the areas of (1) detection, identification, and monitoring, (2) search and rescue, (3) triage and decontamination, and (4) collaborative planning, response, and training. Discussions emphasized user requirements and performance criteria for each technology.
After a short workshop dedicated to innovation on the third and last day, the leaders of the work packages related to technical development detailed their respective tasks. Parallel sessions aiming to better coordinate end-user requirements and system architecture also took place in the end and clarified the next steps of the project going forward.
The plenary meeting concluded on a high note, with participants expressing gratitude to the host organization and reaffirming their commitment to advancing TeamUP with renewed energy.
